We want you to feel secure in your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your Ring device, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in their original condition and include all original packaging and accessories.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your Ring account and visit the Order History section to select the items you wish to return and generate a digital return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your Ring device, including all mounting hardware, cables, and manuals, into its original box to ensure it is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location; once we receive and inspect your device, your refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
